EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Returns involve high administrative and financial costs for a young company. However, your return label is 100% free for you, as we want to offer you the best service.

Here's how easy returns are at Healthfix:

1. Register your exchange or return
Please conveniently register your exchange or return via our return portal.

2. We will send you the DHL return label
Afterward, we will send you a return label that you can print and stick on your package. We fully cover the CO2 emissions for the return shipment.

3. Package & ship goods
To avoid transport damage or loss of items, always pack the items in their original packaging or at least in similarly good packaging.

4. Refund
After receiving and positively checking the return, refunds will be processed promptly (usually within one week).
