Fast Shipping – straight to you!

We place great importance on processing your orders as quickly as possible. Our warehouse in Nordhorn works efficiently to ensure your shipment is dispatched promptly.

Germany:

Ready for shipping: Almost all orders are made ready for shipping within 24 hours.

Delivery time: Your package will usually reach you within 1 to 3 business days.

Speed: According to our DHL report, 82.4% of all orders reach their destination on the next business day!

Europe:

Ready for shipping: Almost all orders are made ready for shipping within 24 hours.

Delivery time: Delivery usually takes place within 2 to 7 business days.

Important note:

We do everything to get your order to you on time. However, we cannot give a 100% guarantee for the delivery time. In rare cases, delays may occur, e.g., due to force majeure, staff shortages, or problems with the shipping service provider.

Where do we deliver?
We ship throughout Germany, to Austria, and to selected EU countries with our reliable partners DHL and Deutsche Post.

Tracking:
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can track your package online at any time.

Germany:

• Shipping costs: €3.90 per order.
• Free shipping: For orders over €49, we deliver free of charge directly to your home.

GoGreen is a climate-friendly shipping and receiving service from DHL and Deutsche Post.

Emissions generated by shipping are offset through investments in worldwide climate protection projects. This way, our products can be delivered to you climate-neutrally through compensation.

Standard shipping to Germany

Free: For orders over €39, standard shipping is free – and thanks to DHL GoGreen, it's also climate-friendly.

Cost overview: Should shipping costs apply, we will inform you transparently in the checkout area.

Delivery time: The estimated delivery time of your order will be displayed in both the order overview and the order confirmation email. This may vary depending on the item and shipping method.

Express shipping

Speed: With the Express Shipping option (for deliveries within Germany), you will receive your package within 1-2 business days.

Delivery with our shipping partners

We work with DHL, Deutsche Post, and DHL Express to guarantee reliable delivery.

Parcels are delivered from Monday to Saturday. During the ordering process, we will show you exactly when your package is expected to arrive.

Flexibility in delivery

Your preferred address: Simply have your package delivered to an address of your choice.

DHL Packstations and Parcel Shops: Use the convenient pickup options near you.

Contactless delivery: Our shipping partners offer you the option of contactless delivery. You will receive a pre-delivery notification, which you can use, for example, to specify a preferred delivery location in front of your door.

Further options

Change the delivery day if you are not home on the scheduled delivery date.

Use other flexible solutions to optimally adapt the receipt of your package to your daily routine.

No, returns are completely free for you! If you are not satisfied with your Healthfix product, you can easily return it within the return period – without additional costs or effort. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.

Yes, absolutely! You have a full 100 days to try out our products. We want you to be able to convince yourself of the quality and comfort at your leisure. Should you not be satisfied within this period, you can simply return the item – without risk, cost, and completely uncomplicated.

After reviewing the return, we will promptly refund the amount using your previously selected payment method (usually within a few days). With some payment providers, this process can take up to 10 business days. We ask for your understanding in this regard.

The Healthfix® ViscoAdapt 4D Memory Foam is characterized by its high-quality composition and exceptional adaptability. Compared to conventional foam, the Healthfix® ViscoAdapt 4D Memory Foam retains its shape and offers lasting support – for long-term comfort for many years to come.

Yes, you may need some time to adjust. Our ViscoAdapt 4D Memory Foam and ergonomic design adapt perfectly to your body, which may feel unusual at first. Since your body may be accustomed to conventional seat cushions, it often takes 1–2 weeks to fully adjust to the new, supportive sitting experience. After that, you will appreciate the noticeable benefits for your posture and well-being.

We recommend Healthfix products for body weights up to 140 kg, although the possible duration of use may vary.

Yes, the Healthfix® material is temperature-sensitive and may initially feel a bit firmer at colder room temperatures.

However, as soon as you sit on the seat cushion, the material reacts to your body heat and gently adapts to your body shape within a very short time.

In warmer months, it feels softer from the start – so you benefit from optimal seating comfort all year round.

Our Healthfix® seat cushions themselves have no inherent odor. However, it can happen that a slight odor develops due to storage or packaging materials, which some people may find bothersome. In this case, we recommend airing out the seat cushion for 2–3 days in a well-ventilated room. An open window can accelerate this process, and any possible odor should quickly dissipate.

Our Healthfix® seat cushions are made from high-quality materials that require special care. The ViscoAdapt 4D Memory Foam core itself should not be washed or soaked! However, most covers are removable and can be washed as needed according to the care instructions. Please always follow the instructions on the label for optimal care and cleaning.

Our Healthfix seat cushions have been specially developed to provide comfortable seating for many years. Thanks to high-quality workmanship and the specially developed Healthfix® ViscoAdapt 4D Memory Foam, the cushions retain their shape and functionality – even after intensive use. Under normal conditions of use and with regular care, you can expect a lifespan of several years. This means you benefit from optimal seating comfort and support in the long term.
